These NordLayer Browser Early Access Program Terms and Conditions (the "EAP Terms") are provided by Nord Security Inc., with its principal office at Americas Towers, 1177 6th Avenue, 5th FLR, New York, NY 10036, USA ("Nord", "we", "us", "our"). These EAP Terms govern your participation in the NordLayer Browser Early Access Program (the "EAP").

1. What is the NordLayer Browser and the EAP?

   NordLayer Browser is the New Generation Enterprise Browser developed by Nord. More information is available here: https://nordlayer.com/enterprise-browser/

   The EAP is a time-limited early access program that permits certain eligible users to evaluate the NordLayer Browser.
2. Phases and Eligibility

   EAP Phases. EAP consists of two (2) phases, which is determined based on the applicable Sign-up Period.

   Phase 1.

   • Sign-up Period. February 13, 2026 through March 20, 2026.
   • Access Period. If we approve your EAP application, your access to NordLayer Browser will continue through June 30, 2026, unless terminated earlier under these EAP Terms.
   • Pricing. No charge during Phase 1.
   • Eligibility. To be eligible, you must be an existing paid NordPass Business customer with an active Business or Enterprise plan in good standing and, at the time of application and throughout the EAP Access Period, you must hold 30 or more end-user subscriptions. You may apply either (i) through your Dedicated Account Manager, or (ii) through your NordPass Business Control Panel.
   • Participant Commitment. Customer agrees to onboard at least 10 employees and attend at least one demo/onboarding call with Nord's team during the EAP Access Period. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of EAP access.
   • Approval. Participation is subject to our approval in our sole discretion. We may accept or reject any application and may suspend, revoke, or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

   Phase 2. Phase 2 (if any) will be communicated by us at a later date. We may modify, delay, or not offer Phase 2.
3. General Terms

   Acceptance of Terms. Your use of the NordLayer Browser is also governed by the NordPass Business Terms of Service ("NordPass Terms"). By participating in the EAP, you agree to these EAP Terms and the NordPass Terms. These EAP Terms supplement the NordPass Terms. If there is a conflict, these EAP Terms control for EAP-specific matters.

   Changes to EAP Terms. Nord may update these EAP Terms by posting an updated version. Continued participation in the EAP after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated EAP Terms.

   Changes to NordLayer Browser. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, add, modify, suspend, or remove any features or functionality of the NordLayer Browser, and we may discontinue the EAP or the NordLayer Browser (in whole or in part) at any time.

   Continued Access. Upon expiration or termination of the EAP, continued access to NordLayer Browser may require a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe, your subscription will be governed by the then-current pricing and the then-applicable subscription terms and conditions.
